How do you know you need support as a self-leader?
You retreat from sharing ideas or speaking up
You want to take action on something but don’t have the tools or power to get started
Your transformation happens in a collaborative, moderated class over six weeks using the intuitive Intrepid® platform. The experience includes self-directed learning blended with facilitated discussions, exercises, reflection, and offline assignments to help you discover what you need to succeed. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with your fellow learners and forge new connections.
Course Details:
Attend one of the two 1-hour live, virtual facilitated session by Blanchard’s student leadership experts (Held every Tuesday at 8AM or 4PM PT)
Set aside about 1 hour a week for self-study time
Engage with your community manager, coach and peers in the platform throughout the program
Take advantage of optional breakout groups that provide an opportunity to interact with other students from around the world
Upon completion of the course, students earn the Blanchard Student Self Leader digital credential. Perfect for adding to your resumes, online portfolios, and much more!
