What To Expect

Your experience complements your student’s learning journey. Our coaches will meet with you at the beginning, middle, and end of their six weeks. We will keep you informed of what students are learning, actions you can take to support them, and ways you can apply the topics to your own lives. You will have access to the same learning content on the intuitive Intrepid® platform, along with tools just for you like Drivetime & Dinnertime Conversation Starters and demonstrations of how to direct, coach, support, and delegate to the students in your life. Students can register for their program here.

Course Details:

Attend the three 90-minute live, virtual sessions facilitated by Blanchard’s leadership experts
Read the weekly summary emails
Review the content that your student is learning in their program
Access additional resources just for adult mentors
Set goals and support your student

Note: Attendance it is not mandatory for the three online sessions. We will always provide a recording that can be reviewed at a convenient time.

Upon completion of the course, students earn the Blanchard Student Self Leader digital credential. Perfect for adding to their resumes, online portfolios, and much more!
